低压发电机组综合控制屏 ( 以下简称 五合一 屏 ) ，是我公司针对 50KW ～ 1000KW 小型低压水轮发电机组的运行特点而开发的综合控制屏。 XES-01A series five-in-one low - voltage generator set integrated control screen ( hereinafter referred to as five-in-one screen ) is a comprehensive control screen developed by our company for the operating characteristics of 50KW ~ 1000KW small-scale low-pressure hydroelectric generating sets. It is a comprehensive control screen that integrates the primary circuit, metering, automatic synchronization, microcomputer protection control, and generator excitation of the low-voltage generator set. The control panel has the characteristics of compact structure, small footprint, easy operation and maintenance, high degree of automation, reliable operation, etc., and is widely used in various small generator sets.

l Synchronization mode: automatic quasi-synchronization / manual
The synchronization mode of this device includes automatic and manual; automatic quasi-synchronization mode. After the synchronization device automatically selects the synchronization point, it automatically controls the main circuit breaker to be connected to the network without human operation, and has high accuracy and automation. The manual mode is a standby operation mode of the automatic mode, and the traditional synchronization pointer table is adopted, and the operation is simple and intuitive. The application of these two methods greatly improves the reliability of the device and the convenience of use.
l Excitation mode: This device is suitable for the unit excitation mode is self-excitation mode. If required, a variety of other excitation methods are available.
l Starting method: automatic starting + manual starting
l Demagnetization method: Linear demagnetization. This demagnetization method is simple and reliable. It is easy to use and maintain.
l Measurement meter: Relatively complete measurement system provides the following operating data measurement
A-phase current, B-phase current, C-phase current, COSφ, active power, generator voltage, system voltage, frequency, excitation current
l Protection settings:
Overvoltage protection --- When the generator voltage exceeds the setting value set by the device, the main circuit breaker will trip and demagnetize. Effectively prevent damage to the unit caused by overpressure.
Overcurrent protection --- When the generator current exceeds the overcurrent and delay settings set by the device, it will trip the main circuit breaker and demagnetize. Effectively prevent damage to the unit caused by overcurrent.
Overspeed protection: When the generator frequency exceeds the frequency set by the device, it will trip the main circuit breaker and demagnetize. Effectively prevent damage to the unit caused by overspeed.

4.1 Description of the main components of the screen cabinet

l "Synchronization voltmeter": manual synchronization table

2. Indicator light
l "Magnetic deactivation closing": Deactivation switch closing indication (H1)
l "Excitation trip": indication of closing of the extinction switch (H2)
l "Excitation failure": Excitation failure indication (H3)
l "Open": Main circuit breaker open indication (H4)
l "Close": the main circuit breaker is the generator outlet switch closing indication (H5)
l "Emergency Stop": used for manual trip and demagnetization in emergency situations
l "Demagnetization": a button for demagnetization, press this button to excite the switch and develop the motor rotor to demagnetize (MA)

l "Synchronous control": Automatic and manual mode switch (2SA)

l "Auto quasi-synchronization": automatic quasi-synchronization device, used for quasi-synchronous juxtaposition in automatic mode (ZTQ)

4.2 Operation steps
l 1. Boot
l 1.1 Check that all fuses and circuit breakers are in the ON state. Close the knife switch DK and close the field switch QF4. There is no alarm indication on the screen cabinet.
l 1.2 Check that the controller has no fault
l 1.3 Close the excitation switch QF4
l 1.4 After the speed reaches the rated speed, if the generator residual voltage is sufficient, the excitation controller displays the generator frequency and residual voltage. Press the start button on the excitation controller to increase the generator voltage to the rated 90 value automatically.
l 1.5 After the generator voltage is up, check whether the excitation parameters in the controller are consistent with the actual conditions.
2. Grid connection process
l Automatic synchronization
l Adjust the generator voltage to be the same as the grid voltage, and then set the "Synchronous Control" switch to the "Automatic" position. The power switch of the automatic quasi-synchronization device is put into operation. After about 2 seconds, the device starts to work. The synchronization device will quickly capture the first closing timing and issue a synchronous closing command to close the main switch. After the parallel connection is successful, the power of the synchronization device can be cut off or retained (for details of the synchronization device, see the attached manual of the automatic quasi-synchronization device)
2.2 Manual synchronization
l Turn the "Synchronization Control" switch to the "Manual" position. Adjust the generator voltage to the same as the grid voltage, adjust the generator speed and observe the position of the synchronizer. When the indicator light reaches the middle position, close the main switch unit in parallel
． 3 ． Grid operation
l After grid connection, it can be operated by selecting a constant power factor, and the excitation reactive power is automatically tracked to adjust the active power.
． 4 . Decommissioning process
l First reduce the active and reactive power of the generator to about 0, operate the "main circuit breaker" transfer switch, disconnect the main switch, and the unit disassembly is completed
l 5. Generator shutdown
l After dequeuing, press the de-excitation button to reduce the generator voltage to the minimum, and then turn off the excitation switch QF4 to stop.
Five, matters needing attention
l 1. The wiring is clear, please strictly follow the drawing to access A, B, C (U, V, W) phase sequence
l 2. The main circuit breaker must be stored before closing. The 630A main circuit breaker can be closed directly without energy storage.
l 3. It is strictly forbidden to plug or unplug the connector while it is under power.
l 4. Do not operate the disconnect switch with load.

l 1. Unable to get excited
l Solution: Check whether the residual voltage of the generator is not enough. If it is not enough, manually press the "start" button to start the external power supply.
l 2. Excessive voltage or reactive power fluctuations
Solution: Adjust the PID parameters to the optimal position.
l 3. Unable to close the main switch
Solution: Check whether the switch has not stored energy first. If not, please store energy first.
l 4. The operating circuit does not work
l Solution: Check whether each fuse is blown. If it is replaced, try it out.
6.2 Basic maintenance
l This device has high reliability and generally does not require special maintenance. In the case of downtime, it is usually only necessary to pay attention to the following points:
l Check whether the inserted parts are loose.
l Clean the dust and foreign objects in the cabinet, especially the power devices, cables, and busbars, to eliminate the hidden dangers caused by short circuits, reduced insulation, and poor heat dissipation.
l Power on the regulator and check whether the switches and indicators are intact.
